Why K5 Exists
Every Project Gets Built Twice.
K5 was created after decades spent watching capable owners, engineers, and contractors encounter avoidable field consequences because access, sequence, materials, quantities, temporary work, contractor interpretation, or operating needs were not fully visible when early decisions were made.
K5 closes that gap with disciplined construction thinking, better questions, clear evidence, and respect for every seat at the table. Our job isn't to tell people what's wrong. Our job is to help them build what's right.

Perspective earned at every level.
Jack’s 27-year construction career spans laborer, equipment operator, foreman, superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, senior estimator, and Vice President of Operations. That progression matters because K5 does not view construction from one seat. It connects field execution, estimating, project management, owner expectations, and design intent.
His professional career experience includes more than fifteen dam projects and major work involving RCC, ACB spillways, floodwater-retarding structures, hydraulic systems, water control, earthwork, municipal infrastructure, airports, transportation, ODOT maintenance, utilities, concrete, estimating, preconstruction, and project delivery.
